this is a touch more expensive but I’d say it’s worth it if you want the figure, especially since this one doesn’t have RNG and you’re guaranteed a herc.

Not attachable, I'm fairly sure that is where you can flex his hips so he can sit down. There is a bar between his abs and his obliques that facilitates it. Old fashioned, but not quite that weird.

Edit: it also appears that you can flex his legs, but I think they made this for him to lean over or something? Pretty sure that is still some form of hinge.
