R4 skill champ

Just completed act 7 exploration and pulled a skill gem. I’ve got 3 skill champs at r3 and probably will take one of them to r4 with the gem. Which one do you think it should be?

I would take up aegon only for abyss exploration. I would never up a bugged champion (moleman) so that only leaves chang.
