    They've made that type of comment about quite a few characters. Most of them are yet to show up.
    I think Adam Warlock was one, Iron Spider was in the background of a motion comic 3 years ago, and Hobgoblin might've been mentioned already as well.

    Nothing gets here before Quicksilver, he’s far too fast.

    They’ve already planned the slate of champions for this year and had left a blank for the community choice champ. That being said, this year we’re getting several of the champions who lost last year’s vote. So I imagine we’ll get a handful of the 2022 also-rans in 2023.
