Using Nick Fury in Cav EQ

Is there any explanation why Nick’s Tactical Charges on his 2nd life gets a timer/expiration? Not sure if this is a node interaction.

Hoping some can help me clear this confusion. Thank you.

    It’s a permanent fury buff. Which means it’ll never run out but it can be nullified or removed.

    Read the vtd node dude, got power snack, it nullifed and vtd gain power gain

    So when you got to second life, power snack nullifed your fury
