Help with act 6

Right now I’m stuck on 6.3.1. Any tips with this quest and the rest of act 6 would be greatly appreciated.
My roster:
Some questions:
1) what bosses should I look out for?
2) what champions should I rank up?
3) How many units should I grind for before attempting the rest of act 6?(I can parry just fine and I’m ok at intercepting
