Need advice

I'm on 5.3.2, can't proceed further, need advice on rankups and stuff to do that would help, like how to get iso and catalysts etc, and is Heimdall worth r4? Darkhawk worth r5? And what all champs to rank up, 4stars to upgrade still??

Also now thr spider stealth is maxed, pls suggest rank ups, I cleared 5.3.2, do I rank up omega and.sabertooth for 5.3.3
