Herc all the way. I only have a 5* which is awakened but I try to rely on his immortality as little as possible. I can count on one hand the number of times it has been useful to me. He will steam roll through content unawakened as long as you don't take him into match ups where you need immunities or where you'll be taking fun and interactive damage
