Rank 2 6* champs have more attack and hp than their 5* rank 5 counterparts if thats what youre asking.

Depends on the Champ, the Sig Level, etc.

5* has a lot more accessibility to sig stones. That and the combat power rate are the only two upsides to a max 5* versus the 6* R2 counterpart.

In almost any case, I would strongly recommend ranking the 6* over the 5*.
