Wrong calculation of TB arena crystal rewards

Hi
I opened 2 mil of TB arena crystals
Before opening i had more than 8k of units and nearly 3 mil of gold
The summery of rewards attached:
6.75 k of units
More than 11 mil of gold and 39 energy refills
After opening i have only 8 mil of gold and 12k of units and of course i have less than 39 energy refills in my storage
For some reason i cant upload my screenshots
I am not expert in math but it doesnt add up
Anyone know about this issue?

same to me, 525 units visualized but only 270 given
