Champs lost IQ in AQ - just starring off

When I go to dash forward, back, or block my champ just stands there until I get attacked, or there’s a major lag before it will move. This doesn’t happen every time but enough to cost quite a bit of health. I’ve only noticed it in AQ, I do not know about any other platform. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have noticed some new input issues this week. Hopeful that the input control fix will be tested game-wide soon.
