I don't understand how to play Temporal Heist Rifts

A key is needed to be able to play Temporal Heist Rifts, but i don't understand how to get one.

You're supposed to be able to get key from solo quests, but i haven't found any quest with a key as reward.

Need some guidance here, don't want to spend 200 credits for keys.
