T4 catalyst fragment

I've have over 3k t4 catalyst fragment crystals....open atleast 400 and the crystals are not forming. For mutant and mystic. I started with 3 mutant catalyst after opening it still only shows 3 I have pics but won't let me post them

Messenjah i got a similar issue. Caught them red handed. Either visual glitch or kabam rng operation has become faulty as hell.
10,800+26,624 = 37,424 which would obviously formulate a new whole new cat. But yet i ended up with 33,104. Hmmmm. Not to mention i up plenty more crystals before these. I just decided to document the moment i noticed i still only had 4 science crystals after almost opening 500 crystals! (Again Before screenshot)

Actually, even more laughable, i have "48,240" in the second picture! WoW. Sent a ticket. This is horrible. I wonder how long this has been going on.
