Tigra neutralize in AW

Does tigra's neutralize work like BWCV's buff immunity or more like a stagger. That is, will neutralize prevent unstoppable armor global from triggering or will global node still activate unstoppable passive even if the armor is neutralized?

Like BWCV but it reduces buff AA by 100% so if they have increased AA the buff can still trigger
