The amount of fragments in the spooky crystals is random. There is a minimum and a limit (I think it says in the description of the crystal)

If the spooky crystal has a chance for 5* shards then that’s the difference. Shard crystals only have PHC, 3*, and 4* shards.

Then what is special in that it is kept on day 14th of calender probability of getting 5* shards from that is very very low

That’s not what it says. If you run it through the Kabam translator it comes back with “Guaranteed premium hero crystal shards with NO chance at 3,4,5* crystal shards”
