Gold miscalculation

How come the gold shown in crystals is higher than what I actually have. Where did the excess/ actual gold go?

Same issue I had

I was told it was visual only and the lower gold amount was correct.

Slippery slope it seems. They could just as easily say the dr doom I pulled was only visual, and that I should really get a moon knight. Or that the units I pulled from arena crystals are only visual, and I should have fitted 50 instead of 500.

Hey @Alabaster, as was mentioned above, this is a visual issue. It can occur when opening multiple Crystals at the same time. The Team are aware of this issue and are working to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
