    If you are pushing towards high content and completion, for sure go Torch.

    If you are here to have a good time, go with Black Widow. She is so much fun to play and heavily shines in some 7.4 content and also the cavalier monthly EQs cater to her constant shocks where she just blitzes through fights with one sp2.
