Namor Rank Up

If i got a t5 mutant cc should I use it on my unawakened Namor or should I wait to awaken him?

Wait until you awaken and sig200 him, he's not really useful without it

Wait to awaken and if you can high sig him go for him otherwise I won't rank up him.
