Catalyst storage

I’m level 50 and want to buy the new doubloons t5cc selector but I only have storage for 3 t5bc and I need 4 for a rank 3 6*. It’s not easy to gain 5 levels at this level in the game and I’m f2p so iso store isnt an option can kabam implement that if you have catalyst in over flow you can use them for rank ups on top of storage caps. I can’t buy them as by the time I’m level 55 I might have t5cc in overflow that’s impossible for me to use and hard work down the drain.
