Why does Kabam block whatsapp name in the game chat?

@Kabam Miike I understand Kabam not recommending or supporting using other apps for communication, but blocking it is too much. We cannot even type WhatsApp in the game. This is ridiculous.
the in-game communication sucks that's the reason why the Alliances use a separate communication application (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc).

    I don’t think Kabam ever designed in game chat to be any useful for war and aq. The system they have is pretty poor. They need to support chat apps because without, war and aq wouldn’t be successful.
