Haven’t been receiving all my crystal shards

For some reason I haven’t been receiving the amount of crystal shards in my inventory that are described when I receive them from openings and such.

This has happened multiple times now. I finally remembered to take some screenshots. First pic shows my inventory before the opening, then I opened, and then my inventory right after.

I will take some more screenshots as evidence.

Champions Affected: Which Champions are affected by this issue? What is their Rank, Level and which Signature Abilities do they have unlocked?

Description of the Issue: Please include a full and complete description of the problem you are experiencing with as much relevant detail as possible. Include how often it happens (once, sometimes or always) and how long you've been experiencing the issue.

So Valk. apparently developed a script that searches thru the Forums for any “single entry” posts (those without any replies), and automatically inserts the standard “provide more info” response for all of them.
After going thru all of May, it now has advanced back into April, applying it's routine to posts about issues in the previous game update, which may no longer even be relevant today (bugs such as this one that have since been fixed in current month's update, or other aspects like a previous month's side-quests, etc).

There was a previous bug where opening more than 10 crystals in bulk could result in inaccurate totals saying what you supposedly got from the crystals.
Had many, many, posts about it (so thus some never got a reply to them), was acknowledged by Kabam, and was already fixed by Kabam, and has no longer been a bug this whole month.

So why drag open this post from last month (especially when poster hasn’t even been back online in forum ever since this original posting).
