Elsa is a content smasher. Her ability to avoid block damage, have an incredibly high crit rate that doesn’t classify as guaranteed crits, high debuff count, and debuff shrug allows her to shove anyone that gets in her way. Not many champions are fully immune to her kit so she is a viable counter for many.

Overall she easily rates higher then Kingpin

Why is kingpin so good?

The only thing KP has on Elsa in his base kit is his regen. Other than that, I believe that Elsa outclasses KP
