6 Star nexus help

I have a 6 star R3 Ghost, a 5 star R5 Warlock but no stryfe at any stars. But I love using warlock and do not know how to use stryfe.

    If it helps, I don't have prof x at 5 or 6 stars and have not done the mutant abyss carina challenge
