Gold crystal bug. Gold scam

Today I opened 5 million+ of gold from crystals but it added only 2.6 million to my inventory. I again opened normal gold crystals to recreate that issue. And yes the count doesn't match again
Can someone explain? Or kabam stealing gold. Look at the images below. Total doesn't match. I just want to quit this game now.

Visual glitch. You never got the amount it told you. You got exactly the amount you were meant to get. No more. No less.

I even tried to sell 100 iso from trash and it didn't add any gold to the inventory. Trust me it's a bug

Crystals are bugged where it’s showing you get more than you actually get. Whatever is in inventory is correct. There have been many posts about this already

Um shouldn’t we know the exact amount of everything we open. How is it acceptable to just say it’s a visual glitch and everything is ok. We should receive exactly what it says. Should be accurate whether it’s more or less. People would be losing their minds if it showed you pull a 6* champ but then only get a 4* and say oh that’s what you were supposed to get. Completely mind blowing.

Yes we should. But we also know that this is something they’re working on. No one is being scammed. Just because something visually is off, doesn’t mean that we’re not receiving exactly what we we were meant to get. Mind blowing I know.

Why do people think Kabam should honor whatever is shown? Some people are getting shown they should receive 2 BILLION gold from selling a few items in the stash. Should kabam honor that? You got what you were meant to. It's a bug that occurs when opening multiple crystals since the total displayed seems to add more than it should resulting in an incorrect total. Your scenario of opening a 6* and receiving a 4* is not at all what this is. Kabam has acknowledged the current bug many times and is working on a solution. What more can you want...

so if you opened a cav crystal and pulled a 6* herc but checked your roaster and it was only a 3* you would gladly accept it... good to know where you stand

There is a large fallacy in your argument. The fallacy is the visual bug has never affected champs. If champs were affected, then there would be problems. However, this bug just affects a visual we get, and not the actual outcome of what we get. You get the exact same amount of gold now as you will once the bug is fixed.

BUT what you seem to casually say is "You get the exact same amount of gold now as you will once the bug is fixed" this. do you work for kabam? just like the unit issue where people opened for example, 100 units and they already had 20, the end amount was 60. these "visual" bugs are affecting just about every crystal that isnt a champ..
how long till it does, and when it does are you going to keep defending the bugs? just so you know kabam hasnt sent a single in game notification about the visual bugs and its been months now. just like the energy refills they are trying to sweep stuff under the rug, and when caught and exposed, people such as yourself are there to defend them lol

Exactly! At least someone gets it. Oh and just to clarify the so called “visual bugs” have been going on since around 2019/2020. But yeah they are being worked on so it’s all good nothing to see here everyone move along 😜.

I've never heard of a crystal showing more/less units than what you actually get. What does happen often is that the units aren't added all at once for some reason. For example if someone opened what was displayed as 100 units, and had 20 units already, it might initially show the total to be 60, but when you go through a loading screen or whatever the extra 60 are then displayed for the correct total of 120.

Yeah they should fix it, but if you haven't noticed Kabam have some bigger issues to fix than a visual bug that has no real effect on anything.

I agree and they have been working on those bugs for God knows how many years. Also this particular bug giving incorrect count of gold, looks like some piece of code not reflecting the correct count. Imagine the disappointment for a person who is out of gold and ranking up a champ decided to open gold crystals but actually finding lesser gold than he was expecting

But they get the amount that they should get. It's the displayed amount of gold that is incorrectly shown not the received amount. Imagine someone getting trillions of gold from selling a few items from their stash because a visual bug says so.
