Problem with crystal opening

I never get the full amount of whatever crystal I open in my inventory. I have opened a couple of gold crystals in the past few days and the numbers just never add up. The same thing with my tier 4 class crystals; it just never adds up. This needs to be fixed.

Even when you refresh the game, your gold/inventory doesn't get updated. This should be fixed. I see a lot of other players have complained about this.

As a F2P player, I cannot turn a blind eye to some of these hard-earned resources.

Is the visual bug affecting the number of crystals opened or your inventory?

I had 31 gold. Opened 20 gold crystal they showed 120,000+ units of gold but I only got 85k units in my inventory.

So my question is, which of this is the bug affecting? The 120k units or 85k units?

The 120k that the crystals showed is incorrect. The 85k you got in your currency bar is correct

Hey there, as some have mentioned, this is a visual issue that the team is working on a resolution for. It can occur when many Crystals are opened at once and can appear to award more rewards than they should, though it still ends up rewarding the correct amount. Once we have updates on when we'll be able to get a fix implemented, we'll be sure to update everyone.
