Power gain from basic attacks?

Hi All,
Has anyone noticed a more power gained by the opponent from basic attacks or it is just me?
Before - the opponent has reached 1st bar of power we had to hit him/her 10 times.
Now - after 10 hits opponent has allmost 2 bars of power.

Check on WS in ROL.
I made mistake in my previous post. Now after 10 hits opponent has 1.5 bar of power not almost 2 as I stated before.
