Problem with war tactics

We can only select the tactic of unstoppable armor, please fix.

Is it because we are "expert" map now and thats the only one you can select for expert map? Last war "challenger" map had 3 to choose from: unstoppable armor, high ground, defiance.

Anybody know or experiencing same?
