Dear Kabam,
I submitted a ticked on Saturday and as of almost 2pm on Monday, I am yet to receive a reply to my issue. I know it was the weekend, but surely being a 24/7 game, you have staff working over the weekend.
Can you please tell the support team to reply to my issue today. My in game name is hanford7

They should at least acknowledge the ticket and say they are aware and looking in to it.
Which isn’t even kabam's time because they are another 3 hours behind on the west coast (US/Canada Pacific time). So not even 6:00 in the morning where their offices are.
Some forum moderators may be in different time zones or responding on forum from home, but the business end of things (support tickets) are probably “office based”.
I recommend being patient in the meantime. Rest assured, they'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
