Poor Support Service

Dear Kabam,

I submitted a ticked on Saturday and as of almost 2pm on Monday, I am yet to receive a reply to my issue. I know it was the weekend, but surely being a 24/7 game, you have staff working over the weekend.

Can you please tell the support team to reply to my issue today. My in game name is hanford7

It usually takes about 3 days to resolve a ticket.

Possibly, but I’ve never had them respond later than 24 hours, even on a weekend,

They should at least acknowledge the ticket and say they are aware and looking in to it.

Keep in mind 2pm Monday (your time) was not quite 9am in New York yet.
Which isn’t even kabam's time because they are another 3 hours behind on the west coast (US/Canada Pacific time). So not even 6:00 in the morning where their offices are.

Some forum moderators may be in different time zones or responding on forum from home, but the business end of things (support tickets) are probably “office based”.
