Hello , I purchased units 25th of april but I didn’t get units that time.Today I get bill from apple store but still I didn’t get my units I contact with apple customers service they said you should contact with game support I add my bill please help about this

    Contact support from your in-game settings and you will have to submit a ticket.

    As recommended, please contact support and open a ticket, as there is nothing the forums can do to help with matters like this.

    To access support using the MCOC app, please tap the gear icon in the top left corner. Then tap on the button that says "Support" followed by the button that reads, "Need more help? Contact us" and this will allow you to submit a support ticket.
