Buff Refresh Champs are Bugged (Why is no one talking about this?)

Gamora, Storm, Red Guardian. All bugged in the way they refresh, why isn't anyone else talking about this.

    People have been talking about this for quite awhile today, you just haven't been in the right threads.

    So I personally just tested out gamora and she is refreshing her buffs just fine. Red guardian wasn't getting shield charges back though. Just wanted people to know that gamora was still working fine for me.
