Cable only if you have an Apoc on your roster, but Storm seems like a great choice now with her buff so personally I'd go her still

Storm is very cool, but wait. I’d recommend waiting for Kabam to confirm that all her bugs have been fixed before spending resources.

Not to throw shade, but it would be an incredibly poor show if all her amazing damage was a “bug”.
