May Event Crystals not showing

I have updated and even tried reinstalling the game, however this month Event crystals is not showing up.

Does anyone have any advice on this

I have this problem to

My advice would be: SQ objectives require a high number of fights for a small amount of shards that give a tiny chance at a 6*. So really not a big worry.
