Ultimate Level Rewards are missing

Paid my £9.99 and claimed them in my inbox but still not received my 5* or 6* hero crystal yet. Anybody else had this issue yet on Android?

Thanks Zan0, yes they have eventually turned up in my shards tab where as the rest were in the crystals tab........kabam logic!
