Which champs to rank up for the collector fight?

Right now I have these 5*: red Magneto, moleman, Hyperion, stark Spidey and human torch. All are unduped and 4* duped Hercules, duped prof X, unduped ham and warlock. Which ones are good for the collector boss fight?
