Debuffs and their passives

@Kabam Miike i wanted to ask why kitty prydes passive incinerate don’t count towards stopping the defender from regeneration in selective timestream nodes

Because it's passive and selective timestream requires an incinerate or shock debuff.

Passive is not a debuff.
