Golden Circle Quest for sigil missing

I’m not sure if anyone else, who as the sigil is missing the Golden Circle Quest. I re downloaded the game and signed back in. But I still haven’t seen the gold quest for sigil. I purchased the sigil tonight. Anyone else have this issue. I’m on iOS apple device iPhone 13
