Node 24 in war. No increased ability accuracy. Why is she evading Falcon when he’s locked on? They each have 100% chance. Sounds like 0% when they cancel each other out.

    I have had many issues with falcon recently, mainly being autoblocked while lock on, but locked on doesn't counter evade that's why you get those recalibrate charges.

    footloose is the only thing I can think of
    Footloose adds 25% evade chance.

    Falcon against BWDO might be bugged.
    She was evading me while locked on Cavalier EQ.
    Unless something I’m missing that shouldn’t happen.

    My guess is that the two abilities cancel out but the evade charge remains so it procs.
