5.3 spectral unfairness

So why is it that the weakness debuff from using the wrong class doesn't trigger WP but the spectral debuff does? Doesn't make sense to me, either they both should or they both shouldn't.

Because there is no weakness debuff. Is a charge that indicates that your attack is lowered

The weakness is a passive modifier.

Can't the same be said for the spectral? It has that little bracket around it also I think

If you are doing spectral path I'll advice to drop healing masteries like Salve,Recovery and willpower
