Heavy attacks not triggering after update

So after today's update, I have not able to launch heavy attacks and the 5 hit combos are either going into heavies or stopping in middle leaving me like a buffoon against act6 champs
Please fix this

The Champ sometimes doesn't release the Heavy

I don’t know if it’s my device, dodgy play or something else, but I occasionally find when I throw a heavy attack my champ will dash back and then throw a heavy (without any additional inputs). Very odd.

I had this issue, after a restart ot went away

I could block the heavy of Gulk, I don't think it is possible normally
