Defender Ultron OG evades and runs across screen to hit attacker because there is no block

Loving this no block issue.

So after a knockdown or 5 hit combo, defender can attack faster than you can recover from an attack and block.

After an evade, defender can attack because you can't block.... no matter how long?

Sigh.
