Not receiving monthly stats

So my alliance enjoys sharing the monthly stats we get as a friendly competition, however I never receive mine even though I signed up. Any idea why?

Yeah it shows opted in for me.

Yeah, I've had the same issue. I'm opted in and even opened tickets with kabam about it. But I still haven't received a single one.
