Quake/Nodes Question

If I go against one of those “inflicts poison, draining 100% Health over X seconds” nodes with quake and willpower, will it kill me still? Or will the healing save me?

Assuming there is no other source of damage dealt to you, nor some way for that poison to be increased in potency or duration at the start of the fight, you won't die there. This also assuming quake is close to max HP at well
