Which tech champ should I rank up next?

Without a doubt my weakest class is tech. It’s so bad that I don’t even use more than 2 tech champs for the cavalier quest focused on tech champ boosts.

I don’t have warlock as a 5 or 6 star champ. But I think I need ti start beefing up my roster. With offense in Mind, what is my best rank up option?

    Either rank up 5* Nimrod or invest in 6 star champs , either nebula or Hulkbuster. I prefer Hulkbuster first.

    Priority should be Nimrod to R5, followed by Nebula & Peni
    Sentinel is an underrated Robot but Nimrod will take care of almost everything that Sentinel can do
    Can also consider Hulkbuster but not before aforementioned options

    I chose peni because I've recently been using her a lot. Buggy is also very correct too. G99 has helped me with a lot of content

    focus 6* first, rank up 5* only when necessary..
