Aq item use showing wrong numbers

Hi
Not a big thing but want to bring it to your knowledge.
I used only 2 items in aq after taking on the mb nimrod and its showing 6 items used.
Obviously i don't have any way to prove it but if can please look into it. Ty

It happened to me when I logged out of my alternate account into my main account recently.
I used one item in aq in my alt account but when I logged in into my main account, it was showing 14/15 item usage in my main even when I didn't use any items .
That's why I asked.
