Hi,
It’s been 2 weeks since I started opening ticket after ticket with kabaam support, but, apart from the automated mail that says my ticket was received, I’ve yet to get an answer.
Is this normal or there’s some sort of holiday/strike/power outage/whatever going on?

    Hey @Bissico, unfortunately, we don't have access to our Support Team's ticket system so we're unable to check on the status of your case.

    Our Support Team's response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is. However, it's certainly unusual that you haven't received a response by now. Just like Forum Moderators, our Support Team works 7 day per week, and when someone goes on holidays, someone else covers.
