Customer service holiday?
Hi, It’s been 2 weeks since I started opening ticket after ticket with kabaam support, but, apart from the automated mail that says my ticket was received, I’ve yet to get an answer. Is this normal or there’s some sort of holiday/strike/power outage/whatever going on? Best regards

Hi, Sorry for my ignorance, but it’s my first beta invite and I’m not clear on the “rules of engagement”: I had the impression I needed to register in some some of beta part of the forum, but I can’t find it.
