VPN nowadays

Hello, everyone.

I know there was posts about it some time ago but time is going so I wonder if something was changed. Is VPN allowed to use nowadays? Or it's against the rules? It would be great if someone from admins answered too.

VPNs have always been allowed for general play. The only thing VPNs excluded you from was Legends runs and Summoner Showdown Qualifiers.
