Input in EOP

I'm really unhappy with my experience. I see all these people on forums having fun with the EOP content and I can't do it. Not because of skill, it's because of continued input issues.

I can't make it through a few minutes of a fight without getting a dropped input or having the wrong command being inputted, such as trying to dex and getting a parry.

I'm using a brand new Samsung s21. The phone can't be the issue. I'm on wifi on my 50gbps fiber line, connection isn't the issue.

I've sent tickets in and get the same canned response. It's infuriating.
