Woke up and all of my Heroes/Progress/Alliance are gone!

Idk what happened. I grinded for hours and completed the entire first storyline, gained many new champions. I log in the next morning and all of a sudden a 2 star Cable is my main hero (never got him before) and all the heroes I got are gone and so is the progress I made on the story. I was logged in with the same Game Center ID the night before. Can anyone help?
