Rank up suggestions

Hi guys, I’ve been playing for a few months and just realising how much strategy threes is once you advance a bit.
I’m about to get my second T4B catalyst and wondering who it best to rank up? Strongest, weakest, or specific champ?

All 4* 3/30:
Punisher 2099 duped 2,934
Iceman unduped 2,385
Black widow unduped 2,364
Spider-Man MM unduped 2,288
Ghost rider unduped 2,552
(I also have a venom 4* 4/40 unduped 2,944)

    iceman he is a god he deals so much damage if you stack his abilities

    Iceman, but if not the Pun because he's duped and has good abilities. Ghost Rider is great even unduped (one of the few), so you can't go wrong there.
